Jenny Wright wrote a four verse song trying to touch on all aspects of the apple harvest. Wright has an intimate knowledge of the trees, fruit and wood she has worked with for over 40 years. In addition to pruning trees, picking and eating the fruit, she makes spoons and forks with apple wood and forces blossoms in the spring to brighten her home. (Valley News – James M. Patterson)
