In 2002, Jolin Kish bought a small cape on a lot in Hanover that stretched from Ledyard Lane to Currier Place. Since then, she subdivided the lot and moved the cape to frontage on Currier Place and is building a 10,000 square foot house where she plans to live with her children, her divorced parents and her grandmother, on .35 acres with frontage on Ledyard Lane, a plan that has drawn concern from neighbors.
